Normally, there are a lot of administrative procedures that we have to carry out if we want to start a new business. A clear example of this is that of public limited companies, where one of the requirements is to obtain the opening license. This type of license is mandatory or optional according to the regime established by the Town Council of the municipality where we carry out our activity. It will allow economic, commercial or industrial activities to be carried out in an office, local or industrial warehouse.

Normally we must provide a technical report prepared by a qualified professional, certifying that the establishment meets the appropriate measures and legal requirements to carry out the desired activity. These reports have a very variable price depending on the professional and the circumstances of the site, ranging from 500 to 10, 000 euros.

We will also have to pay the fees corresponding to obtaining the opening license, as administrative procedures of the City Council. These rates have different prices depending on the municipality, activity performed or size of the premises. For this reason, in the Town Planning department of our City Council, we will be able to specify the price of our license according to the circumstances in which we find ourselves.

Finally, once we have paid the fees and have the technical report of the site, we can apply for the opening license at the Town Hall .
