  • Scotch tape
  • Straw
  • Scissors

First of all, cut the cardboard circle from the edge to the center of the cardboard.

Then roll the cardboard to the center. It has to stay in cone shape as the image appears.

Then glue the inside and outside edges with the adhesive tape and cut the top of the cone so that it has a small hole.
