The General Directorate of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises, under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, includes on its website complete information on financial support lines for entrepreneurs, both national and European, as well as a permanently updated guide of aids and incentives to companies, downloadable and even with the possibility of tailored to fit only one or several Autonomous Communities.

The National Innovation Company (ENISA) has available grants for entrepreneurs under 40 years of age with companies founded in the 24 months prior to the request. These are loans of a minimum of 25, 000 euros and a maximum of 75, 000, and applications must be processed through the ENISA Customer Portal.

You can request a help from the ICO Business and Entrepreneurs Line of the Official Credit Institute. They allow financing up to 100% of the liquidity needs of self-employed and companies without an investment project, up to an amount of 10 million euros with a repayment term of 3 years. For other companies with investment projects, 10 million are financed for said investment, or that amount distributed between a maximum of 5 million to invest and another 5 to cover liquidity needs, amortizable up to 20 years.

The Center for Technical and Industrial Development (CDTI), also under the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, has several instruments to finance R & D & I projects and to create or consolidate technology-based projects. Likewise, the CDTI can be in charge of issuing a motivated report to be able to carry out the tax relief corresponding to the R + D + i business initiatives.

Present talent contests for innovative ideas organized by private entities, such as the Open Talent (BBVA) or Yuzz (Banesto) initiatives, among others. Not only do they suppose an economic cushion, but they are also prizes that usually have a high media impact that allows to open many doors.

The different Autonomous Communities, usually through the corresponding Ministries of Economy and Employment, have their own financing programs for entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs and people with special difficulties for insertion, including not only advantageous lines of financing, but also projects of tutoring and business advice, and even accommodation of projects in business incubators. In a similar way it happens with the Provincial Councils and even with some City Councils, if they are from sufficiently large cities.
