How to access the PC BIOS configuration

Many times it is necessary to enter the BIOS setup of a PC to make some modification of the system. Either change the simple things like disable the floppy or choose the order of boot up to more advanced things like disable an onboard device or connfigurar the speed of the memories and the mode of transfer of the disks.
