How to return an application in the App Store
Surely you have ever made a mistake when buying an application for your iPhone, iPod or iPad in the App Store and would like to have been able to return it. You will need to:- Computer with Internet connection
- Apple account (login and pass that you use in the App Store).

The first thing we will do is access the iTunes technical support page.

Select the "Apps" option, at the bottom of the column on the left.

Look for the option "Solution of problems with applications purchased in the App Store" and click on the link to access.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and then select the " Start " link, in order to send an email to iTunes support.

Choose the option "iTunes" and, in the next menu that will be displayed, the alternative " iTunes Store ".

Then click on " Purchases, billing and exchange ". Click on the option that corresponds, for example "Quality of purchased content" if you want to make a refund because the application is not what you expected. And finally, press the blue button to "Continue".

Move the cursor over the text or the image of the envelope and click on the link. You will see a form that you must complete explaining the reason for the return.

And that's it. In less than two days they will contact you. In most cases, you will get a refund if your reason is reasonable.
