How the Inem courses work

The National Institute of Employment or INEM has a series of resources to benefit unemployed people. Its courses are highly recognized as they are aimed at professional training and the consequent job search. They are practical courses distributed by sectors and branches within them, which expands the student's training and, depending on the case, also the experience. It depends on each autonomous community and the need of each person, but, in general, can benefit the unemployed, self-employed, and workers of companies. In .com we explain how the Inem courses work .

Steps to follow:

one

To be able to benefit from the training offered by the Inem, you must be registered in that entity. It does not matter if you work or not, in both cases you can benefit from the wide range of training only if you are registered and keep your card up to date, always stating that it touches you.

two

It is necessary that you consult the web of the office of your autonomous community, since the offer in each one is different. From this, you can get information on all courses that exist, where they are taught, conditions of the students and the dates they start. They even publish schedules and detailed information about the course.

3

Between the data of the courses it appears the center that imparts it, with which you will have to contact directly. In certain autonomous communities you have to fill in a form online and the center contacts you, but in others it will be you who should contact the center and they will indicate the steps to follow to make the registration.

4

Once you formalize all the papers, which is usually fill out an application with your data, Inem card, curriculum and copies of academic degrees, the center usually contacts students to conduct a small interview and check if you are able to complete the course. In general, this is only done in courses that will be face-to-face, of many hours and that require a certain level.

5

There is another form of online courses, which are done remotely with a follow-up by the center. Not all, but many are usually a few hours and are usually to complement the experience, in addition to increasing very specific knowledge. But each autonomous community offers a particular form of course.

6

Once the course has been completed, if the student has exceeded the requirements, a diploma of attendance and recognition of having successfully completed the course will be delivered. They are not approved courses with validity in official entities, but they can show, in certain cases, a qualified training.

7

In general, students who exceed the allowed absences will be expelled from the course and may lose the right to their benefit, unless they justify their absence.
