How to create calendars in Word

The most popular program in the Microsoft Office suite is undoubtedly the Word . We all know how to perform basic tasks (writing and editing a text), but the truth is that the software offers many more options that we often miss out on. This tutorial is for the versions of Word 2003 and 2010 (the most widespread), in Windows. The first step is, after opening the program, go to the File menu and click on New.

A task pane called New Document will open. We look for the Templates section and look for the Calendars category that will allow us to create calendars in Word.

Here we will see several templates for different types of documents. If you can not find the Calendar Assistant option because it is not installed, you can download it from the Internet.

Choose the Word calendar template that you like and customize it as you prefer.
