Requesting the Certificate of Social Denomination is the first step we must take when we set up a company that must be registered in the Mercantile Register, because without a name to name it, we can not identify it when carrying out the other relevant procedures.

We must choose a unique and exclusive name to name our identity, this means that, in relation to one already exists:

• It can not match completely.
• It can not contain the same words, even in a different gender or number.

We can make the request of the name for the company, directly in the office of the Central Mercantile Registry, completing the application form that they give us there. We must include, in order of preference, five different names.
