How to compress songs
If you need to compress music files such as WAV so that they occupy less space and are easier to store and transport, do so using native Windows controls. The Windows operating system has built-in tools that allow you to compress files in a ZIP file . You can compress several files at the same time and put them together in a single folder.
You will need to:- Computer
- ZIP Software

Click and drag all the songs you want to compress into the same folder.

Click and drag the cursor over the songs to select them all. You can also use the operator control + e to select all the songs you want to compress.

Click on any of the highlighted files. Select "Send to". Click on " compressed (zip) folder."

The files disappear, and the ZIP folder appears instead. The files are inside the compressed ZIP folder.

Your songs already take up much less space and you can also send them as an attachment in an email attached to a single file.
