• Buy a wireless charger : a good way to completely solve the problem (if it is due to the connection of the cable with your mobile) is to opt for this type of battery that does not need connection cables and can charge the smartphone wirelessly.

If the battery seems not to be the problem, you will have to send the phone to the technical service . They will fix it or send you a new one, depending on the seriousness of the problem and how your guarantee is. With a little luck you will not have to change the phone.
