How to make multiple pages in Illustrator within a document

For years, one of the biggest complaints about Illustrator was its lack of several pages. Although there was a job involving printing tiles, graphic designers still prefer a tool they can use to create multiple page layouts . Adobe presents that tool, called "Work Tables", with the release of Illustrator CS4. Work tables is a tool that allows artists to create and print several pages with different page sizes, all from a single document. Artists can create a certain number of work tables when starting a new document, or they can add work tables, as needed.

Steps to follow:

one

Select the "Worktable" tool, which looks like an empty square with cut marks around it. A text box will appear above each page that shows the worktable number. The current work table will have a dotted border.

two

Click on an open area in the document and drag to draw a new worktable of the desired size.

3

Double-click on the "Worktable" tool to display the "Worktable Options" option.

4

Select the desired size for a new work table in "Preset" from the drop-down menu or enter a value in "Width" and "Height".

5

Select the desired orientation button. Next, enter the desired location for the new worktable in the "X" and "Y" positions. Click on "OK".
