How to change the name of a group in WhatsApp for iPhone

In a group chat, different people participate, a maximum of ten contacts. When creating a group there is an icon that says "Subject" and in it you write the name you want referring to the chat group that will be created. But it may be that this issue is not correct for group chat or you want to change the name for another and thus be able to take advantage of the chat with the same contacts. Open the WhatsApp application and then click on the "Chats" option that appears at the bottom of your screen in the navigation menu.

You will access all the history of the chats that you have saved in your WhatsApp application.

Select the group chat to which you want to change your subject, this will open the selected chat.

Then click on the "Info" option that appears at the top right of the screen.

A menu will open in which all the information regarding this chat group appears: the subject, the files and notifications and the number of participants.

Click on the "Subject" option and a new window will open in which you can modify the name of the group chat.
