How to delete archived messages from Facebook

Log in to your Facebook account and click on the 'Messages' icon to enter, and then click on the "View all" option, and a list will be displayed on the left with all the messages you have in FB.

To be able to eliminate the archived messages of Facebook you will have to click on the "More" option that appears on the left, just above all the messages. Here you will see different options and you must click on the "Archived" to find these messages.

As you see, all those conversations that you thought eliminated have been, in fact, saved during all this time. To delete them in a definitive way you will have to go one by one because, until now, there is no option in Facebook to erase them in a massive way.

As soon as all the messages archived in Facebook appear, you will have to place the mouse of the computer in the symbol that appears in the right part. If you put it on top, you will see that the option of "Unarchive" appears, you must click on this option so that you can delete the messages archived from Facebook and there is no trace of this conversation on said social network.

Keep in mind that, the messages that you receive on Facebook, when some time passes, are no longer in your Inbox to be in this Archiving option. Unless you delete them manually, the messages will always be saved in this social network, so if you want to delete them you will have to follow the steps that we have just indicated.
