What are the parts of a boat

If you happen to take a trip by sea, you will have to know what they are and what some of the most typical words of the maritime world mean . Below we explain many of those terms of the world of the sea that you have ever heard but do not know what they mean.

Port and starboard

Babor is the left side of the ship, facing the bow and facing away from the stern. Starboard is the opposite of port, the right side of the ship, facing the bow and facing away from the stern.

Rolling and lateral rolling

Parts of the ship
