How to check the status of my stay in Orange

Orange is a telecommunications company that, since it acquired the entertaining mobile phone operator in 2005, has been superseded as one of the most important telephone companies in Spain. If you are one of your clients, you should know that you have at your disposal an entire area on the website of the company that offers you the possibility of consulting, among many other options, the status of your stay in Orange .

Enter your phone number and password in the 'mobile user + iew' section, then press 'Enter'.

If you have never used the service before, you must click on 'New user: your password', to get an Orange account.

Click, in the new window, on 'your commitment to stay', located in the 'Consult' section.

Orange will inform you of all your permanency commitments ; If you have done this during the last year with the Internet, you will probably have two different ones: commitment to stay in the Operator and commitment to stay in the Voice Rate.

In any case, in both cases Orange informs you when it ends and what monetary amount would be the penalty if you break the contract.
