How to block a webpage from Google results in Chrome

If you find yourself looking for some specific information on Google but the same web pages full of SPAM remain appearing, you may be interested to know that you can block the appearance of these and get better results; In fact, it was the same organizers of the search engine par excellence that created Personal BlockList for Chrome with the aim of ending these problems.

You will need to:
  • A computer with Internet access.
  • Google Chrome browser.
  • Personal Extension BlockList.
Steps to follow:

Go here to install, completely free of charge in Chrome, Personal BlockList . To do so, select 'Add to Chrome' and when a new pop-up window appears asking if you really want to do so, press 'Add'.

Once installed in the bar of your browser, go to any web page you want to block and then click on the Personal BlockList icon.

A new pop-up window will appear; To prevent its appearance in the search engine results, click with the mouse on 'Block current site redessociales.about.com'.

Once selected, the Chrom e extension will show you what state the newly blocked page is in . Ready!

Tips
  • To undo it, you just have to click again on the icon of the application and select 'Unblock'.
