How to add a custom signature in Gmail

Go to the email account from which you want to modify your signature; It does not matter if it is personal or professional, the idea is that each time you send a message to one of your users, the form you choose with the personal data you type appears.

Tips
  • Remember that Gmail will add your signature in gray at the end of the message.
  • If you add a link, such as your personal web page, remember to select it and change the color you have chosen. In this way, the link will not remain blue.
  • Add important information such as your company, your position and your contact address.
  • If you do not want your signature to appear in a specific email, simply select it manually and delete it before sending the message.
