How to make the game of bowling

• Two cardboard tubes 7 cm long each
• A cardboard box without lid 34 cm wide and 38 cm long
• A small box 30 cm wide and 32 cm long

Then to make the base draw a circle at the bottom of the large cardboard box, near a corner, using as a guide a large plate. Look at the drawing.

Then put strong glue on the edges of the smallest box. Glue it with the background up inside the big box, below the circle you have drawn. Let it dry.

Then using a long needle of the knitting, make seven holes on the outside of the circle and one in the center. Make sure the needle reaches the box stuck below the circle.

Wind the string from one of the pins to a fork (a). Insert it through one of the holes and remove it through the same hole through the bottom box (b). Do the same with the other bowling pins.

Then drill holes on both sides of the large box . Pass four strings as far as you can from the end through that hole (a), and pass the other four strings on the side (b). Observe the drawing. Tense all the ropes well and knot the ends together. When you pull the strings, the bowls that have fallen, will stand up again.

To make the knock downs, stick a spool of thread to a corner of the box. Wrap the entire bottom of the stick with aluminum foil and tuck it into the reel hole. Tie a piece of string to the top of the stick. Also tie a small ball wrapped in aluminum foil to the other end of the rope, so that it hangs over the box. Observe the drawing.
