How to make a stamp for my company

The company seal is not an element that companies must have, as the law does not oblige. However, it is highly recommended, as for example in the mail they ask to collect certified letters and can put problems if it does not appear. In official documents (invoices, contracts, etc.). Making the seal of your company is quite easy, you just have to follow some steps and keep in mind what information you should include.

You will need to:
  • Computer
  • Word processor
  • Imagen editor
Steps to follow:

one

Make the seal design of your company, you can do it in several ways, the easiest is to do it in word and then make a screenshot and crop the image up to 275 pixels wide and 130 pixels high. The stamp design should be simple you can see an example in step 3.

two

The seal design of your company must include, at least, the following data: social / fiscal data of the company, CIF and registration information of the company. The registered office is usually placed but it is not essential, and contact data is optional.

3

As for the name, unless the brand is properly registered, you must put the full name. If for example your company is called "Global Media Resellers SL" and you have registered trademark "GMR", you can put the latter, but just in case, and to give more legal value to the seal, put the full name.

4

Save the image with the stamp in JPG format.

5

We recommend that you make the image of the stamp in a single color, better in black on white, this would facilitate the completion of the mold.

6

Take the image to a stationery stamp to be done. Another option is to do it online there are many pages like: vistaprint or prstamp.es

Tips
  • Do not put too much information on the seal as this can make it difficult to read.
