How to make the affidavit before CADIVI

Steps to follow:

The procedure for making the declaration begins with going to the CADIVI website: www.cadivi.gov.ve. On the left side click on the Registered User option.

In the next screen, you must choose the option that is from where you can make the Affidavit of closure .

Now, you must enter the information corresponding to your identity number, email, password and image. Next, click on Enter.

In the case of cards, you must click on Request Management and Make a Sworn Statement .

On the next screen, they will ask you if you finally made the trip. If yes, a series of fields will be displayed that you will have to answer.

The data to fill out to make the affidavit are: travel information, migratory movement and demonstrative supports to keep of the transactions.

If you are satisfied with the result, you must click on Register and the system will present the confirmation screen for the closing affidavit.

Check the information that appears on the screen. You can come back or confirm. In this way, the system will present the screen Result of registration of sworn declaration .

If in instruction 5 you said you did not make the trip; you will go directly to the Affidavit Confirmation. When you click on confirm, you will have the registration result (step number 8).

  • The user has 45 days to complete the procedure
  • It is important that the user has at hand all the receipts of the purchases and withdrawals made.
