How to clean car lights

Cleaning the lights of the car, whether the headlights, turn signals or taillights should be something we should do from time to time. The cleaning that we do in the automatic cleaners with water under pressure is not good enough and for this we must pay attention and clean more deeply the lights of the car. The first step is to put the car in a correct location to clean the car's lights. The ideal place is in a flat place, in a well-lit place, to be able to be in the light of the sun. It must also be a day with good temperature.

The next step is to clean the car's lights with a mixture of warm or hot water and a little soap. We are going to rub the lights well with the water, for this we will use a sponge well wet, careful that the sponge is not very rough since that could cause scratching the car. It is advisable to open the hood of the car to clean the headlights.

The next step will be to dry the lights of the car with a cotton cloth. The cloth should be well dry and clean so that the lights are very clean.

The next step will be to polish the glass that covers the lights of the car for it we will use a polishing cream and we will apply it on the glass, it is not necessary to apply much since the polisher that we will use later will spread the product by the lights of the car. If we do not have a polisher we can use a little toothpaste and rub well with a cloth.

To achieve a perfect cleaning of the car's lights we will use a mechanical polisher with a very soft cloth that will glide through the lights gently to finally make them shiny, clean and translucent.

To finish the cleaning of the lights we will pass the cotton cloth again to remove all the imperfections that may have remained.
