How to zoom in After Effects
Adobe After Effects is a powerful software tool for creating a series of stunning visual effects and motion graphics for everything from DVD menus to feature films. The software includes a series of useful tools and many ways to access them. The high resolution and details available in After Effects mean that you may have to zoom in to make the small adjustments that are necessary for your project. There are a number of methods to zoom in and out on your project.

Click on the zoom tool in the toolbar at the top left of the screen. The icon of the zoom tool looks like a small magnifying glass.

Click on a point in the composition in the preview window to capture that place. You can also click and drag to select a portion of the screen to zoom.

Hold down the "Alt" key on your keyboard while clicking on a point in the composition.
Tips- If you have zoomed in on an unwanted area of the composition preview, you can always reset the zoom level by choosing "adjust" in the zoom box.
