How to change the wallpaper on your iPod

The Apple iPod has become virtually synonymous with "portable media player" since its launch. With the years since it arrived on the scene in 2001, the iPod has undergone a series of changes. Until 2011, the line consists of four different products. The iPod Touch has a Multi-Touch touch interface. The third generation iPod Touch and beyond also have another feature, which is the ability to change your wallpapers on the lock screen and on the home screen.

Steps to follow:

one

Open the "Settings" application of your iPod Touch.

two

Touch the "Backgrounds" option and touch the image, either for the lock or the home screen.

3

Touch the background or an album of images to open a menu.

4

Touch an image from the menu or an album to choose from for use.

5

Adjust the image to your liking. Drag to change position and pinch to zoom in and out.

6

Press "Set" and then choose if you want the wallpaper you selected to be used for the lock screen, the main screen or both.

Tips
  • Make sure the image fits your background. Something very bright can hurt the eyes, while something too dark, can appear only as a dark spot.
