How to update Windows Phone

Smartphones are small computers, so having them always well updated is very important: security holes are plugged, frequent problems are solved, some aspects are improved, etc. In the case of Windows Phone, it is possible to both update the system manually and schedule it to do it automatically. First, let's see if there is any update available to run it manually. For this, in the list of applications, click on " configuration ".

Once inside Configuration, we go to the " Update " section by clicking on its name. You'll see that one of the options is "Check for updates." Click there

Have you found an update? Click on Download After downloading it, the smartphone will ask if you want to install it. Click on Install. It will take between 5 and 10 minutes.

To avoid having to install the updates manually, you can also program your device to update automatically. To do this, in Settings> Update, check the box Download updates automatically when my data configuration allows it.

Always make sure before installing a Windows Phone update that you have enough space in your phone and that the battery is full.
