Introductory courses

To do an initiation course to climbing, you should only go to one of these centers with comfortable and flexible clothing. There they will teach you the most used vocabulary, materials and basic safety rules. You can start ascending knowing where to put each limb to go up without problem and taking safety, to be able to practice autonomously in climbing walls.
