How to request the tax identification code

When we create a new business or association, we have the obligation to request a tax identification code (CIF). Steps to follow:

The tax identification code is mandatory for all newly created legal entities. From the moment of creation we have a month to request it.

We will have to go to our Treasury Office, with the 036 model completed (we can request it right there or download it through the Internet) and deliver it there.

Together with the 036 model, we must carry the originals and photocopies of the company's bylaws, as well as the registration in the company register.
