How to reject a call

Are you tired of being called by phone companies, insurance, reading clubs and other commercials that always call at the most inopportune time? With Android we have three options. To automatically reject calls from a specific number, from those that start the same (902, 901, etc.) or unknown, you must go to Settings> Device> Calls> Call rejection> Call rejection list. In Automatic rejection mode, the filter can be activated or deactivated.

If you go to Settings> Device> Block Mode you can block a number or contact list for a few hours.

To reject SMS, go to Settings> More> Spam email settings and add the numbers you want to block your messages to.

If you have an iPhone, you must go to Settings> Phone> Blocked contacts and enter the contact or a list of contacts to automatically reject all calls. The same goes for messages if you go to Settings> Messages> Blocked contacts. As with Android, you can activate the "Do Not Disturb" mode of iOS to automatically reject calls from a contact or a list for a few hours. To reject these calls you only have to enter the numbers in Settings> Do Not Disturb.

In addition to pressing the reject and block contacts button, if you have an iPhone you can reject any call in two other ways. If the phone is locked or idle, you can reject the calls by pressing the "Home" button twice in a row; and if at the time of receiving the call, you wear the headphones because you do not want to answer, you just have to press the microphone button for a few seconds.

We ended up with Windows Phone, which has some difference with respect to Android and iOS because there is not a call filter and another SMS, there is only one. To activate and reject calls in Windows Phone you must go to Settings> System> Blocker calls and enter the numbers or contacts to which we want to reject calls.

If you do all this, you can block calls and messages from all the numbers or contacts you want without the need to install more applications on your smartphone. Yes, after automatically rejecting calls and messages from these contacts you can not recover them. If you just want to reject the call but also want to keep it, you can block the notifications so they do not sound and do not bother you.
