Where are you? The first step is to look around and see if you are in any of those places to which mobile waves get worse. It can be a tunnel on the road, the elevator, the subway or somewhere lost in the mountains. If the problems continue when you return to a "normal" place, follow these steps.

Now play by doing small gradual reboots. Start with the easiest: put the phone in airplane mode (it was not, right? If it was in airplane mode that was the problem) for a few seconds and turn it off again. In many cases this is enough to return coverage.

If the airplane mode trick did not work, restart the phone completely. Wait a little when it has turned on, since sometimes the system takes time to find the service again.
