How to recover permanently deleted files

When we work with our computer, we know that the operating systems incorporate possibilities to recover files deleted by mistake, this is what we would call the recycle bin in Windows. A place where the files that we have deleted will stop until we finally decide to eliminate them. This system allows that if we have deleted a certain file that we did not want to erase, we can recover it easily and quickly through the trash, giving us a second chance. The problem comes when we delete the files from the trash and we want to recover them, in this case it would be to recover permanently deleted files, and for that we are going to need some help and that is what we are going to deal with in this article.

Steps to follow:

one

First of all we must be fast, our opportunity to recover permanently deleted files is not to overwrite the sector of the hard disk in which they are still. So we should start the recovery as soon as we detect the loss.

two

Second, to recover permanently deleted files we must avoid making changes to the system, however harmless they may seem, until we have completed the recovery process. These changes include installations, uninstallations, and program updates.

3

Next, we must use one of the programs or utilities that exist to recover permanently deleted files. Undelete Plus, Pandora Recovery, TestDisk, FineRecovery are some of the programs that you can use. We will install the program (better if we can use a portable version) and proceed to perform a system scan to recover the files.

4

Finally, when the analysis ends, we must search among the results and take into account that, sometimes, these programs recover the file and save them with another name, so we must check that the recovery is correct, to later name them we want and put them back in the correct folder.
