How to configure the connection to remote desktop in Windows 7

Windows 7 includes the Remote Desktop application, which gives your computer the ability for another person to remotely control the computer from another location, or even for you to access the computer from another device, always remembering that there will be certain limitations in the functions. To be able to perform these actions you must take into account that your computer is on.

If you want to configure the equipment for the remote desktop connection, you need to enable this option in the system menu. In .com we explain how to do it.

Steps to follow:

one

Open the start menu, symbolized by the Windows logo, and select "Computer."

two

Once inside click on the second tab from left to right: "System Properties"

3

In the bar that appears on the left side of the screen, choose the second option "Remote Access Configuration"

4

Click on the "Allow remote assistance connections to this computer" box and then press accept. Ready! Your computer is already configured to be able to access it remotely.

Also in the advanced options tab you can set the limits of use for this function and even create invitations so that certain types of equipment during a defined time can access your computer remotely.
