How to make the game of the ball and the board

How to play: push the ball inside the cardboard cannon; pull back the pencil and point to one of the bows. If the ball between a bulb lights. Paint or write numbers on small pieces of cellophane and roll them around the light bulbs. Glue them with tape. To make the game more difficult, stick obstacles in the table. Or invent some games to earn points. For example, the first player who scores 20 wins. But it must be 20 and no more. Look at the following article, how to make the game of the ball and the board

You will need to:
  • A very large cardboard box about 50 cm deep
  • Fine cardboard and tin foil
  • 4 bulb holders with 3.5 volt bulbs
  • 8 paper pins
  • A 4.5 volt battery
  • 7 cables 15 cm long with bare tips
  • A strong rubber band
  • A small ball and a pencil
  • Cellophane and scissors
  • Adhesive tape and glue
Steps to follow:

one

First of all cut a cardboard of about 5 cm wide and 4 cm longer than the width of the box. Fold back a 2 cm strip at each end. Cut four arcs large enough to pass a small ball.

two

Then cut another piece of cardboard the same width as the first, but twice as long. Fold it in four. Glue a tin foil in the middle of each sheet, as seen in the drawing

3

Then stick the folded cardboard to the strips of the bows. Fold the folded cardboard to make curves and fix with pin between each arch.

4

Cut a strip of tin paper that is 5 cm wide. Glue it to the bottom of the box 10 cm from one end and up on the side. Put a pin through the side where the tin paper is.

5

Then put the bows inside the box so that they are on top of the tinfoil. Glue them on each side. Put a pin through the tinfoil in each of the four curves.

6

Then connect a cable to each pin in the four bulb holders by placing a long cable on the final pin. Wind the other end of four wires from the ones fixed in the bulb holder around each pin in the four curves.

7

Then starting at the end indicated in the drawing, join the free cable to the next bulb holder as seen in the drawing. Join the other two bulb holders in the same way.

8

Screw the tip of the long cable to a battery terminal. Then join the end of a new long cable, to the pin that is on the side of the box and the other end to the second terminal.

9

Then cut a strip of cardboard the same width of the box. Make four holes and put the four bulbs there. Glue the bulb holders into place with tape. Tape the strip to the box.

10

Tape the battery under the box, at the end where the bows are not to make a tilt. Cut a 3 cm wide strip at the end of the box.

eleven

Then roll a strip of cardboard about 10 cm long to make a fairly large tube, for a beanbag. Cut two slots at each end. Glue a rubber band with tape to the end of a pencil.

12

Finally, put the pencil inside the tube by pulling the rubber through the slots. Put a pin in the rubber and put it through the strip of the box. Wrap the ball in the tin foil.
