How to enter the URL of my company on LinkedIn

LinkedIn is a social network dedicated to professionals. They can find by a simple search, either by profession or name, people working in the same sector and creating a link between them or a network of contacts. Steps to follow:


After accessing your account, you have to go, in the top bar, to "Profile". Then you click on "Edit Profile". This is where you can delete or add information about your studies or professional life.


If you want to add the name of the company where you currently work, you must go to the "Current" section and click on "+ add a current job position".


It will open a new tab that allows you to put the name of the company, your position, the location, a short description and the date you started working. Once you have completed everything, you must " save changes ".


To make it even easier to access your company's website with a single click, you must go to the row where it says " Websites + add a website ". This is where LinkedIn allows you direct access to a website.


In the next step in the section of Websites you must: " Select Other " and then put the name of the company and its web address (URL).


If you want to publish more information about the site where you work, all you have to do is fill in the spaces that LinkedIn provides you. As " interests, groups and associations, Recognitions and awards ". Once finished, save the changes.
