How to join the PP

Are you interested in being part of a political party ? Do you want to join the Spanish Popular Party and do not know how to do it? It is a very simple procedure that will allow you to become a sympathizer or PP activist and participate in the political life of your affinity party. So, you just have to follow the steps we show you in this article about how to join the PP.

The first step to join the Popular Party (PP) will be to access the website of this political party and once there go to the top menu: Participate / How to collaborate / Affiliate or directly through the link //www.pp.es/participa / affiliate. Once there, you will find the indispensable requisites to be able to formalize your request as a militant (with fee obligation) or sympathetic (without obligation of quota) of said party.

Likewise, to the right are the menus to choose the option that most interests you and download the membership form . Once you have filled in your data, you must present it at the headquarters of the PP in your geographical area and must be endorsed by two members.

Therefore, people of legal age and residents in Spain may choose to join the PP as:

• Militant : you must include the bank account number through which you want to pay the fee.
• Sympathizer

In either case it is required to attach a photocopy of the DNI.

If you are between 16 and 29 years old and what you are looking for is the way to join the youth of the PP, you must choose the second option: New generations. Only supporters of New generations between 16 and 18 years old will be admitted, since from this age they will become sympathizers of the Popular Party and it should be noted that you must reach the age of majority to achieve all rights.

As in the previous case, you must fill out the form with all your personal information, attach a photocopy of your identity document and present it at the party's headquarters.

In case you are residing in a country different from Spain and you are looking for how to join the Spanish Popular Party or New Generations, you must fill in a different model (marked with the logo "PP exterior" in the header). In the same way, even if you live in another country, it will be essential to also record your census address.

It will be very important that, when you submit the membership form to the PP or New Generations at the headquarters of the party that corresponds to you by address, request a photocopy of the card where the full name of the person who has received it is written on the back.
